In John 6:22–40, Jesus declares, “I am the bread of life,” teaching that God alone satisfies our deepest spiritual hunger. Like bread, God provides what we truly need each day—not just once, but continually—and this nourishment must be personally received through trust, not earned through effort. While the world offers things that never fully satisfy, Christ offers lasting life and grace for all, inviting us to come, receive, and be sustained.
