Wrestling & Reconciling Small Group, September 14

If you've ever found yourself struggling - even just a little bit on occasion - to love your enemies, your neighbors, your family, or others, then this class is for you.  If you're tired of endlessly "wrestling" with people in your life and you want to practice real, tangible strategies for reconciling, then this class is for you.

Come explore the difference between "violent" communication (like blaming, reacting when angry, judging others, being defensive, or speaking without listening) and "nonviolent" communication with us and learn more about how to ask for what you need, how to hear others even in disagreement, and how to move toward solutions that work for all.

This new adult class is being offered Sundays from 4:30-6pm for 7 weeks (Sept 14-Oct 26) and is open to folks of all ages and stages. We'll meet in the Parlor (between the fellowship hall and the office).  Come join us!
