A sculptor does not see things as they are; a sculptor sees things as they can be. Often times, we do not see people or things as they can be; we often only see them as they are or as they used to be. God calls us to be people who see the possibilities, because God does not see us as we are or who we used to be. God sees who God can shape us to be.
