Sunday Worship

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. – Matthew 18:20

We believe that God is glorified when we gather together to worship and grow in our faith.  God has created us for community, and there are countless ways we can glorify God by living lives of grace together.  OrangeUMC has three Sunday morning worship services, small groups, and various other ways to get involved.  If we don’t have the small group or community you’re looking for, consider starting a new program that will help yourself and others grow in the knowledge and grace of God’s love!

SUNDAY WORSHIP

8:00   Legacies Service

Chancel at EasterThis one hour service held in our Sanctuary invites people to experience the grace of God through prayer, scripture readings, the beauty of clear and stained glass windows, Holy Communion, and relevant messages brought by our Pastors each week. The service lends itself to a traditional United Methodist order of worship and is known for its intimate, chapel-like friendship and caring each week.  Visitors are welcome and invited!

 9:00   Pathways Service

Pathways Service in the Fellowship HallThis one-hour service held in our Fellowship Hall is a contemporary worship celebration creating a joyful, reverent, and authentic worship experience. It combines the preaching of God’s word and sharing of fellowship with contemporary elements such as videos, live drama, and several genres of music including modern praise, contemporary Gospel, fresh arrangements of traditional hymns, and appropriate use of secular music. We are committed to excellence and lifting up Jesus Christ as the center of our faith and our worship. The service is also designed to be inviting to visitors and seekers. Come join us as you are. All are welcome!

 11:00 Traditions Service
